Binaural Necessity

Binaural means two ears. We were made that way for a reason. Each ear is designed to pick up and decipher different tones. Our ears work together to give clarity to sound and to give us directionality of sound the same way our eyes work together to give us depth perception. When we need glasses, we don't just get one lens and get by. The same care should be given to our hearing needs. Two ears also makes it easier to filter voice from noise in certain environments.

Over the past 25 years, there have been multiple studies showing that people wearing two hearing aids report more benefit and greater satisfaction than those only wearing one aid. Everyone is uniquely different and must be individually evaluated to determine what is best for them.
